The rooms were newly remodelled with required things, like central heating, multi-channel TV and a seating area. The bed was comfy, bathtubs worked well. Location: the hotel was close to outlet center, comfy beds, restaurants and Gonzales.

The staff was super friendly. The room was super clean and had a recent makeover. We had awesome central heating, a bunch of TV channels to choose from, and a cozy seating area. The room had a great view of the city. 🌆

Staff was fine, room was in good condition, clean and comfortable. New TV, fridge and microwave. Ice and vending worked. Check in and check out were quick and easy.
A little pricey for its level, but in Gonzales that seems to be the going rate.

This hotel represented itself as clean and comfortable with all the amenities. In fact, it is the type of inn that appeals to field workers as in the oil and gas or construction industries, The room had been cleaned but the toilet bowl had rings and the bedding was stained and dirty with worn out pillows and hair visible on the pillow cases. The breakfast, which was to be continental at best, was served at an odd hour and taken up by 9:30 A.M. Parking was horrendous. The entire side of the hotel where our room was located was totally taken by oil and gas field workers' trucks. We had to park on the opposite side of the inn when we returned to our room from Baton Rouge. The front office staff was OK but not overly friendly as I am accustomed to with the majority of my stays.

This venue is located in a very convenient area in the middle of Jackson, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making me want to return in the future.

The staff was pleasant and the location was perfect for my stay.
Our a/c wasn't sealed in the wall so we had to cover with a towel. The water pressure in the shower could use some tuning.

Very little
We have stayed there numerous times. It seems to be going down hill!! The room was dirty, carpet stained excessively. Dead bugs all around the floor. Live bugs, (Spider and crawley bug) found in each of the two beds. The commode was so loose from the floor that we thought it was going to tip over (handicap room), not safe. Didn't try to take a shower as it was dirty. AND, the rates have gone UP!! We'll look for another place for future visits, which are several times a year.

Quiet, clean. Room was same as in pics.
We reserved two rooms on the same reservation, but only one room was entered into their system. They then booked the other room in the hotel (which they also owned) next door. Good thing there was availability next door!

The location is great, and the rooms were big and spacious.
The air conditioner in the room was set on a timer and you could not adjust it. It went on and off all throughout the night.
